Contact the current tenants of your future home

If you’ve ever bumped into the previous tenant of your new residence while you were carrying your mattress up the staircase and they were bringing down their fridge, you’ll want to prevent similar disasters by contacting them in advance to coordinate moving times and dates.

Think ahead if you want to prevent disasters and avoid having to join their moving party so you can move your own belongings in.
